Costume Designs

I have chosen these three outfits to demonstrate my genre of music. The clothes themselves are black as this is the colour that is mostly associated with alternative rock music and most of the artists in the genre are more likely to be seen wearing black clothing. If the items of clothing have a similar look to those that famous artists in this genre wear then it will appeal to the target audience as they will recognise the outfits of an alternative rock artist and will want to read the magazine if the stars on the cover of the magazine are dressed this way. One of these outfits has a leather jacket because when I was doing my research on alternative rock artists I found that some of them wear leather jackets during photo shoots, the same applies with the boots. All of these artists can be seen wearing black skinny jeans so my cover stars will be wearing these as well.
