Double Page Spread Drafts

For my double page spread I kept some of the design from my google mock up but I changed some of the layout and based it more off other magazines that I did research on. I used the same colour scheme from my front cover and contents page. I kept the 3D effect on the photography also. In my first version I thought that the title and band name was a bit plain and boring so I changed the font of the type to make it seem more interesting to an audience. Originally I wasn't going to add any text to it but I decided that I should try one with text and I think it makes it look more like a double page spread then the first ones. I changed the photo after the second version as I thought that the photograph didn't work that well and after adding the new photo I believe that this one works better. I used the white to black gradient background again as a way to keep a layout style and because it makes the background seem more interesting than just plain white. I made sure that the magazine logo was in the corner and that the page number was added and was the same number as it is on my contents page.
